Every user of an Epson router will come across the Ink is Low error several times if they use the printer on a regular basis. This is a major error because worst-case scenario, you may need professional help to solve the problem. However, before going down that route you must shut down the printer and turn it on again. If the issue persists, please check if there’s a paper jam, and if none exists, then contact Epson for additional support.

People who see this error can fix it by ensuring the external storage device connected to the printer meets the required specifications. Also, the same solution applies to the following message as well: Cannot use the inserted Memory Device. See your documentation for details.
If you want to get rid of this error message the best option to take here is to access your product’s built-in Web Config feature, and from there, update the root certificate. If all goes well, that should solve the problem.
